We focus on awareness, stabilization, & creating biological signals of safety. We begin to understand how your body responds to stress.
Month 2
We focus on reinforcing calm nervous system states and building resilience without burnout. The body begins to trust that safety is consistent.
Month 3

What is Autonomic Imbalance?
Autonomic imbalance is when the autonomic nervous system (ANS) is out of balance—meaning the two main branches aren’t working in harmony:

Parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) → promotes recovery and calm
